Amy has always had a passion for homeownership and the financial security it represents. Growing up, her family went through a difficult time when her parents separated, and she saw firsthand the challenges her mother faced in trying to secure a new home. This experience instilled in her a strong desire to become a homeowner herself, and she made it her goal from a young age.

With 10 years experience in finance and law (working as an admitted barrister and Solicitor and a Financial Adviser), Amy has the knowledge and skills to navigate the complex world of real estate and she successfully purchased her first home with her mother as guarantor. Realising the challenges people face when trying to buy a home and the different opportunities available, she set out to build a platform that would make it easier for others to do the same.
Amy purchased again when she found her partner of three months was working to buy his first home. Together they navigated the platform and she was able to help him through the process step by step. Today, Amy is the founder of Slice, a platform that helps others achieve their dream of homeownership. She is dedicated to reducing barriers to ownership and creating a world where everyone has the opportunity to own a home.
